Over 93% of Buyer’s agents say that staging has at least some effect on the buyer’s view of the home. That means almost every showing you have could be positively effected by staging an more likely to choose it over a vacant home.

A staged home is perceived to be more valuable than a vacant home and selling for more because of it. A survey by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. found that staged homes sell for up to 6% above the asking price.

How it works


001.

tell your agent

Let your SRG agent know you would like to stage your home before putting it on the market. It’s a 1% fee paid out of closing and only if it closes which means not out of pocket!

002.

hand over keys

We will work with your agent and photographer to set up prior to being activated on the market. It stays for 30 day or passed inspection period before we remove it. You won’t need to lift a finger (or a couch).

003.

it’s that simple

Removal and clean up happens after all the dirty showings leaving your home ready for it’s new owners. Once you sign documents at closing we will be officially complete!
