Meet the Spiveys! A crazy family of 5 whose passion is to revolutionize small-town real estate in Grays Harbor County. Buying, selling, investing, and renting should not be hard – the Spiveys and team are dedicated to making sure it never is again!
Kevin and Candice founded Spivey Realty Group (SRG) in 2019, a real estate sales company that helps folks buy, sell, and invest in real estate. SRG quickly soared to the county’s top-selling, hardest-hitting office helping clients buy, sell, and invest in the simplest, most profitable way while selling 50% more homes than any other office and selling those homes 2x faster than the county average (as of 2023).
SRG’s sister-company, Spivey Home Company (SHCO), is the county’s only full-service staging company that can make any home stand out against the competition! SHCO is also the Spiveys in-house team that renovates and builds Spivey-owned commercial and multi-family properties with top-level quality while maintaining affordability for the community.
Rentals by Spivey, an offshoot of SRG, launched in early 2023 to give local real estate investors a modern, tech-savvy option in property management and tenants the service they deserve – finding the best properties available to rent, unparalleled communication as property manager, and quick action on repairs and maintenance.
The Spiveys believe small towns deserve exemplary service and recruit high-performing locals – from all professions – to grow the hardest-hitting, monumental change-inducing real estate company for the betterment of all of Grays Harbor County. SRG has been voted #1 real estate office every year in business and #1 property management office in 2022. Kevin and team are also multi-year “Best and Favorite Agent” winners, and Kevin was also voted Washington’s only National Association of Realtor’s 30 under 30 recipient in 2020.
