
Where do I start,
This property is a little tricky because it basically went from one commercial property with a rental to three with an apartment upstairs. We bought the Humphrey Construction building back in December 2021 to help with our signage and staging overflow problem that was taking up our three car garage lol. The first space the team got their hands on was our sign shed for agents.

After finishing up the Jefferson Project, the focused on the Spivey Home Co side of the building adding TONS of storage space for all of our decor and more!

The Spivey Realty Group side and Grayspace Barbershop came together right before Christmas time 2022 and has a shared kitchen and bath space. Our intention with Grayspace was to be an over flow for SHC or SRG or even a property management space ( which we were not doing at the time) but opportunities presented themselves and we are so excited to see G breathing life into that part of town again! I’ll spare the before on this side of the project but you get the idea from the video 😂
