Fingers crossed this is the most cosmetic flip we will do because this mid-century home seems to have great bones, but you never know what you’ll find once you start digging around lol This home sits on an acre in CP with great sizes bedrooms, tons of storage, full bathroom at the start of the hall and master en-suite. We plan to open the kitchen, dining and living space, leaving the double sided fireplace and replacing the kitchen with a more functional layout.
