The Before: 818 W Second Street
We plan to open up the sunroom into a welcoming from porch, add a master with en-suite downstairs, take down the back shed for backyard access and a full reno on the floors, walls, kitchen & bathrooms. Outside will get a new roof, widows, siding and paint!
May 22nd:
The exterior facelift started this week with new windows and siding mostly under the belly band where it was rotten. The inside has been gutted with new framing for our reconstructed open kitchen/dining, master with en suite, and additional bedroom upstairs 
Looking into next week, we’re finishing up plumbing and starting electrical .
