The project colors are SW Zurich White body color & Hunters Hollow Trim.
What we did to the living area:
The entire inside of the home maintains the SW Zurich White like the exterior, but trim is a crisp bright white. New wood flooring throughout and added bookshelves to focus on the sweet tile and shiplap fireplace. We took out the doorways to the kitchen, laundry, and stairwell for a more open design. A chandelier and built in dining bench was also added to keep with it’s traditional Craftsman charm.
The kitchen area:
New gray floor to ceiling cabinetry replaced the old miss matched ones, brand new dark stainless appliances and quartz countertops with stacked white subway tiles.
The Master:
For the remainder of the downstairs space, we took what was two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath and transformed it into an amazing master bedroom with en suite and powder room. Featuring a walk in closet, double sink vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower.
Upstairs:
Keeping it pretty simple we opened the walkway in the landing, upgraded the bedroom closets and did a full over haul of the bathroom. Wood flooring and Zurich continues throughout with tile in the bathroom.
The bathroom:
The property also comes with an amazing two car garage and bonus shop! New paint, concrete stain, carport and fence stain along with fresh landscaping by Ismael Lopez will round out this project.
