Meet Perry, our newest Duplex! He’s close to the college and has two great sized two bedrooms apartments. We are going to start the reno with sprucing up the outside with new roof, windows, gutters, and paint. With the roof being a dark gray, and new bright white garage doors and trim, we’re going to do a soft gray (Dorian Gray -SW) to highlight the cinder block foundation and a bright and inviting front door (Duke Gray-Magnolia). Nothing too crazy but sweet, simple, and charming😊
