9/12 – We are now pending on this cute 2 bedroom 1 bath in Hoquiam!
The tentative plan for this project is to restore the current bones in the home and make the extension in back to make a bonus space/ laundry area and master bath. That would make this home a 1100sqft with two full bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms, & a wonderful office space with loft area.
The design would be focused on keeping the wainscoting inside while adding a modern feel with blacks, whites, and warm wood tones. We’re thinking a bright white kitchen with a fun pattern tile, bonus shiplap loft space, and a luxurious master bath featuring marble hexagons!
We are set to close on the property and start the project in the begging of October. We’re shooting for a two and a half month turn around placing the finish date in the begging on January. As always, I’m sure it won’t go according to plan, but it gives us something to shoot for!
10/16- Demo has begun and material have been ordered! We learned from our 818 project that ordering ASAP will help the project keep moving. With Covid, the demand has gone way up and everything is backordered so hopefully ordering it in advance will work 🤞 I’m so excited for every part of this house but bathrooms seem to be my favorite!
