For the exterior of the home we plan to replace the roof and blown or broken windows, add railings on the entrances, add some exterior light fixtures, landscape and paint! The project colors are SW Zurich White body color and Hunters Hollow Trim.
The entire inside of the home will maintain the SW Zurich White like the exterior, but trim with be bright white. New wood flooring throughout and adding bookshelves to focus on the sweet fireplace. We are opening up the wall to the kitchen and arching the walk way to replicate the original trim. The light will be centered in the window with a built in dining bench.
The kitchen is getting new gray cabinetry, dark stainless appliances and quartz countertops with stacked white subway tiles.
For the remainder of the downstairs space, we are taking what was two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath and transforming it into an amazing master bedroom with en suite and powder room. Featuring a walk in closet, double sink vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower.
Upstairs we are opening the walkway in the landing, upgrading closets in the bedrooms and a full over haul of the bathroom. Wood flooring and Zurich continues throughout with cute tile in the bathroom.
The property also comes with an amazing two car garage and bonus shop! New paint, concrete stain, carport and fence stain along with fresh landscaping by Ismael Lopez will round out this project. Our estimated timeline is 12 weeks or so until our best friends move in!
